Please note that this is a BOOTLEG edition! This is, as far as I know, NOT an official release, and so, in most countries, this is considered to be a violation of the copyright of both the author and the cover artist, and, as such, a criminal act.

I have therefor decided, for the books within this edition, not to publish any background information, except for the estimate date of publication, and, if known, the cover artist.

There are several reasons why I suspect that this book, together with the other eight books that use similar cover design, is not an official version:

• The cover design is based up the Argentinean Lidium Edition, and yet, at close inspection, it turns out that the fonts used for everything except the word "Gor", are slightly different from the fonts used for the original Lidium edition.
• The cover art on some of the books is by Boris Vallejo, yet it involves drawings which have been used for other books, and even if Boris Vallejo has retained the rights over this artwork, knowing his lack of sympathy for the Gor series, to put it nicely, it seems highly unlikely that he would allow his artwork to be used in this fashion.
• Finally, this bootleg series ends with El Esclavo Luchador de Gor, which is also the last title to be translated into Spanish for the Spanish Ultramar Edition. It seems then that this is just an illegal scan of the last part Spanish Ultramar Edition.

Hence, until I have evidence to the contrary, I consider these books to be bootleg.
