In other words, a total of 150 different regular printings. There are also several Canadian printings, giving a grand total of 177 printings.
The DAW Edition features the artwork of Gino D'Achille, Richard Hescox, and Ken W. Kelly. The covers can be organized in two different cover series, each with a different cover design. There is also a series of Boxed Sets.
First DAW Series | Second DAW Series |
The First DAW Series was published between between 1974 and 1985. The series consists of 16 books and at least 136 printings.
For Marauders of Gor DAW used two different paintings by Richard Hescox: the painting on the left was used for the first seven printings, the painting in the middle for the following nine printings (8th to 16th). In 1985, after changing the cover design, DAW used the same painting again, but now as a mirrored image:
The same mirroring occurred with the Gino D'Achille artwork for the Tenth Printing of Beasts of Gor; again in 1985, after changing the cover design:
The Second DAW Series was published between between 1985 and 1987. The series consists of 12 books and at least 34 printings.
In 1985 DAW changed the coverart. The first books that carried the new coverart are shown below.
The DAW Boxed Sets was published around 1980. The series consists of 5 boxed sets.
Below are first printing boxed sets with three, four and five books. There also seems to be a boxed set with six books, but we haven't found it yet.
